I’m Dana. I’ll be 54 in 2 months. Back in February, I was super focused on having a Hot Girl Summer. Listen, I know you can have a hot girl summer in any size or shape of body, but I really wanted to look and feel good this year.

So I created a 90 Day Goal Incubator group with about 20 women and we were all focused on goals associated with healthy eating, exercising and toning. And we hoped there would be some weight loss in there.

We made charts and had check-ins, grocery lists and work out routines. Don’t get me wrong, it was great and fun and I started to tone and reshape my body. But after 2.5 months in, I was down exactly ONE pound. 😳

I would stay away from food and remove myself from even looking at it or I would eat it or sneak it while no one else was looking. I needed help.
